  The place is just flat out disgusting. How McDonalds let this place slip through the cracks is beyond belief. The old haggard lady at the counter is extremely rude and it seems like the operation is ran by halfway house rejects. Do yourself a favor and go to the clean and friendly McDonald's down the road at Richarson and Vogel.

  Friendly staff. Clean restrooms, which was great considering its half a gas station. Straws and ketchup gone, but staff found more when asked.

  I hate to give this location a 3 star review but for the past 3 months it has been pretty bad, and honestly I know what the problem is, they keep losing workers. Not enough employees the last visit for breakfast only 2 people were working. The manager is kind and apologizes which makes me feel sorry about the situation.
  So be prepared for a long wait and if new workers are making your food expect errors, check your food bag before you drive off.

  if I could give less than 1 star that decision would be simple. I've tried going to this McDonald's for several weeks trying to get a mcflurry. everytime I'm told "the machine is broken" how can a franchise run a business with broken equipment for so long? not to mention the rude management. if you don't feel like making icecream then just take it off the menu!
