  This place is a terrible place to recieve good customer service. Kelly will give you what she thinks you order, and when you express your complaint she will talk to you sideways like she has no sense. I dont recomend you waste your time here.

  I've been going to this location for lunch for at least 8 years, once or twice per week. In that 8 years we've had really great service, not so great service and almost everywhere in between. One time I had a really bad experience with a staff member. I contacted management and the situation was corrected. Not only was it corrected, but a relationship has formed that now adds a personal touch to each visit to the restaurant. As with any fast food location, mistakes happen and orders get messed up. Let them know and they will fix it.
  
  Service aside, we've never had a bad meal there. Sometimes the biscuits might not be the freshest or the chicken strips might be a little smaller than normal, but on average, everything always looks and tastes great. If you want good food, eat here. If something isn't right, let them know and give them a chance to fix it before raking them through the coals with a bad review.

  Churches chicken is better. This junk was dry. Not impressed will never go back.
